You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!

Must be willing to come to our facility 3 days per week.
Must enjoy working in a group environment. Our members support each other and keep each other accountable!
Must be willing to take before and after photos to document our programs success
Must be committed to change. This will not work if you don't listen to your coaches.
Must commit to the entire 6-weeks. The first couple of weeks will be tough, but it will be worth it!
Must have the discipline to follow our nutrition plan. Our program is proven that it works, but only if you follow it.

We are Absolute Fitness a business built by an awesome group of people that are dedicated to helping Red Deer and the surrounding area with their fitness goals.
The fitness industry is ever evolving and it is our job to further our knowledge as professionals so that we may be strong fitness leaders & bring the best practices to our clients.
Fitness is challenging and no one makes it to the top without a strong and supportive team. We aim to be that strong support for our clients to be successful in their fitness journey. We bring the energy and inspire our clients to push forward towards their goals.
