Online fitness and health coaching is new and quickly growing! Many people have experienced the wonderful benefits and more and more are opting in for it - daily! But just what is online fitness coaching and how does it work?
Online fitness coaching is the most flexible, most cost-effective way to get world-class coaching anywhere in the world. If you want to work out when it’s convenient for you and not have to worry about your coach's location or availability, then online coaching could be the right fit for you. Every online coaching program will vary, but every program will offer fitness and/or nutrition guidance, online support, and a program tailored to your health and fitness goals.
Online coaching is a new and exciting way for us to offer our members and clients what they need, when they need it! We try our best to keep it simple with the software, so anyone can benefit! Group Coaching Members can log in through our website and view the entire workout plan for the week. Workouts are categorized according to your health and fitness goals. Each workout plan also comes with a video demonstration on how each workout is performed. In addition, we offer live, interactive Zoom (an app that we use) workouts so we can offer our coaching during the workout and help with our members with technique, and offer modifications. Similar to an in-person Group Fitness Class. If you miss the live Zoom workout, the replay is posted for up to 48 hours after, so you can catch some live coaching action at your convenience. Personal Training Very similar to in person training you book your training sessions with your coach and meet with them on the Zoom app. Before getting started with your Coach we ask you a few questions and go over your fitness and health goals. We get to learn about your lifestyle, schedule, and what kind of equipment you have available to you. Coaches will either give you an online fitness program or run you through sessions on the Zoom app or a combination of both.
