Muay Thai is focused on learning the martial art of striking and training
like competitive fighters in a friendly but competitive atmosphere.
Start with a light warm up and pre workout stretch
to allow full range-of-motion while practicing your technique.
Workouts are fast paced mixing in drills, thai pads, focus mitts, body weight exercises and the occasional sparring match with light contact.
Improve your technique and develop self confidence, strength, and
be empowered with the ability to protect yourself.
Muay Thai is for both men and women who are looking to improve their physical fitness, improve coordination, learn a martial art and have fun while doing so
