Lil' Ninjas is a combination of strength, agility, freestyle movement and martial arts!
Lil' Ninjas will work on skills like: handstands, rolling, flips, climbing and striking techniques.
This fast paced and new style of training will get kids moving and introduce them to a variety of different training methods.
Our Coaches are with your child every step of the way, making sure children are safe and technique is on point.

Every child is required to wear loose comfortable clothing (no jeans), socks or barefoot and for girls hair pulled back.
