Try one, or all, of our favourite smoothies to help give you that extra quick, convenient and healthy, boost in the morning. *If you need extra protein in your smoothie feel free to add a scoop of your favorite protein powder. Oats & Berries Smoothie 1 cup blueberries 1 cup strawberries 1 orange 1 banana ½ cup uncooked oat bran or buckwheat (G) ½ cup almond milk 1 Tsp. honey 10 ice cubes Directions: Combine in blender and blend until creamy. Blueberry Banana Smoothie 1 cup blueberries 1 banana 2 dates 1 cup water 1/2 cup ice 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed 1 Tbsp. hemp oil 1 tsp. agave Directions: Blend together and enjoy!
