Coach River started her fitness journey shortly after high school as a new hobby. Her new hobby lead her to participate in a half marathon. Looking to get in better shape for her new “hobby” she found absolute fitness and that lead her to try out a variety of new activities that finally lead to her new focus OCR racing.
Coach River loves to motivate, and promote athleticism in everyone. She believes that whether someone is advanced or just beginning, learning movement can benefit them. Her approach to fitness is to create a lifestyle, for her clients, that is sustainable both inside and outside of the gym, while celebrating their personal goals alongside them.
Coach River believes in leading by example and is
currently focused on running obstacle course races and trying to qualify for the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships!
River trains so hard because she takes pride in her ability to try new things often. Doing new things gives her the ability to help her clients, friends, and family, who might be nervous about trying new things, and help them move towards their goals.
