Coach Jessica first started her fitness journey training martial arts as a kid. She has since turned that interest into a lifelong commitment, first earning her Taekwondo black belt, and now by actively competing in Muay Thai for the last year. Through the years, Coach Jessica has developed a passion for athletic development, nutrition, and learning the psychology of mental fortitude and the power of positivity in athletic development.
Coach Jessica believes that martial arts and fitness training is a way to continuously be improving oneself. She wants to help guide people through their fitness journey, keeping them dedicated and committed to the process, through encouragement and by example.
Coach Jessica believes in practicing what she preaches, and trains 10-12 sessions per week. Striving to develop herself in all areas of athleticism, she engages often in endeavours of strength, conditioning, mobility, athletic ability, and of course, in her true love, the Martial Arts.
