Jamie Cooper Overview:
Jamie was searching online trying to find a way to strengthen her core and back, because of a bulging disc injury, and to increase her cardio. Jamie was a little worried about joining us because of her previous injury. She joined Absolute Fitness and says that it has broadened her training options, and challenged her to try new things.
Jamie has seen some huge results in her body composition and fitness performance. She lost weight and body fat while increasing lean muscle mass.She competed in her first ever kettlebell competition this year! Jamie also ran her first obstacle course race this year!! BUT She didn't stop there, she did 4 of them - Wooo!
Jamie also did her first pull-up this year and has worked her way up to perform 5 in a row 👏
Strength and conditioning classes have increased her athletic performance and have helped improve her hip hop dance skills with the AK42's crew.

Personal Training sessions, are 1 hour in duration and, focus entirely on you. Our trainers will consult with you to create a custom tailored program specific to your fitness goals. Your fitness will be assessed throughout the program, and adjusted
whenever necessary, to maximize your results.
Group Training is designed to give our members the strength, endurance, and confidence to tackle their everyday life, whatever that may be. These moderate to high-intensity classes incorporate a variety of tools and methods including free weights, running, and calisthenics structured in fun but challenging workouts.
